1. Return Window
You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order. After that, we cannot accept returns.

- Imported items: 48-hour check warranty
- Brand warranty: Contact the official brand service center
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- We offer exchanges or store credit only – no cash refunds
- If the product is faulty, you’ll receive a replacement or store voucher
- If returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), shipping costs apply
6. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping. Use a reliable courier with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
